Rebecca Williams, 19, is a student journalist currently in her first year at City University, Islington, where she is obtaining a BA Masters degree in journalism. Here she is learning reporting, news writing, shorthand and improving her French.

Rebecca has been a member of NANG!, an award winning youth magazine based in and around the London area for the past three years, where she has been Music Editor and is currently a features writer and a sub-editor. Working with NANG! Has given her opportunities to interview actor Sir Ian McKellen, actress Eva Longoria and also UK urban music grime artist Lethal B, but to name a few.
Rebecca has also written numerous articles for her then local paper, The Ilford Recorder and is a regular blogger for The-Latest.com.

Rebecca, who now lives in East London, obtained four top grade A-Levels at Seven Kings Sixth Form in Essex and has been working part- time for a top American printing firm based in London for over a year. Rebecca has an enthusiastic thirst for knowledge and enjoys reading literature of all kinds, cooking and travelling. She aims to get into broadcast journalism.
